Halftime: Miss State 45, UNLV 32
It was 45-26 with a minute left, and three straight defensive breakdowns along with an airball of a wide open three and an offensive foul allowed the Rebels to have an easy 6-0 run in the last minute.

The Bullies ultimately took care of business, though. As long as Hubbard isn't seriously hurt, MSU could be even more of a pain than they usually are.

Looking at past vol players and potential transfer targets, I have to say that this year the coaching staff made mostly the right moves (Aidoo wasn’t their choice but he has been hurt all year). The transfer targets we didn’t get haven’t panned out well.
Really nice evaluations. Internal and External.

Please correct me if I am wrong... we seemed to be all in on Tyson Cade of Belmont. If my memory serves me correctly, he was the number one priority at the guard position. It was only after he committed to UNC that the Vols went after Chaz with renewed vigor. That turn of events has been critical to our early season success and hopes for the rest of the season. Seven games into a mediocre start to UNC's season, Tyson Cade is coming off the bench averaging 3.4 points, 1 rebound and 9 minutes a game, while shooting 38% from the floor and 28% from 3 point range. Might have dodged a bullet on that one.

LOL, fair point. I had the same thought, but didn’t say it because to this point I really can’t complain with our portal class this season.

Purdue beats Ole Miss on a last second put back. 80-78 I still want Purdue to get some bad karma for the Eady officiating.
