Broome with a double double at the half and Auburn up by 16 at the half. He had a double double at the half yesterday too. He's a handful, even if I don't like him. I hope Okpara can keep him in check. |

Yeah Bruce has a squad this year ……didn’t even have to ball his fist I don't recall many of his Vol players having on court attitudes like we've seen the past three seasons at Auburn. But yes, he has built Auburn into a really strong program, and it pains me to say it. |

Arizona beat Davidson by 33. Tobe Awaka had a game which Vol fans would recognize... 13 points, 10 rebounds and 4 fouls in 14 minutes of play. He is the proverbial bull in a China shop.

So far Feast Week has been pretty good to the Vols... not as good as last weekends football games were to TN but pretty good. Lets review.
U Conn - defending national champ... lost ALL THREE games in Maui and stand to drop completely out of the top 25. In the KP they started at 6 and are now #28.
Now you might say... 'but that involved a Memphis win' and yes, the Tigers did beat both U Conn and Michigan State but then they got housed against Auburn in the final... and you have to enjoy a team you hate getting their hopes up only to be completely dashed. Plus, U Conn's inability to beat either Colorado or Dayton took some of the bloom of that rose.
AP#3 Gonzaga lost to unranked West Virginia and stands to drop below the Vols in the writers poll. They are down to #5 in the KP.
Houston lost again, though it might be enough for Bammer to jump the Vols in the polls.
UNC lost twice in Maui, dropping a game to unranked Michigan State.
Louisville rolled a ranked Indiana team, a win that propelled the Vols to the #2 spot in the KP.
