on the positive side, we are shooting 66.7% eFG%.
But it is hard for me to imagine that we have much of a future getting less total shots than our opponents.

Vols 40-31 at the half. Vols 1.195 Griz 0.926 They took 8 more shots than we did as we have 9 turnovers and they have 6 steals. Grizz have 4 players with 2 fouls. I expect we come out much better this half, and push this lead up to 20 fairly soon. What I'd like to see is us step on their throat for the first 12-15 minutes. After that, sub freely and try stuff. |

I think most of the defensive woes have come from the bigs not being in the right spots.

Shooting that well and only being up 9 against the Griz does not auger great things. But I think this Vols team will be more up and down than recent teams. |
