We’ve become so accustomed to this that it’s easy to fail to appreciate it. Frankly, it feels a bit odd that we’re not in the top 10.

Alabama is ranked #2. Their record includes wins over Arkansas State by 9 points and McNeese State by 8 points. Not exactly a juggernaut at this point but still ranked among the elite. A mark in the win column is the only thing that matters regarding the Gardner Webb game. It's a work in progress that showed considerable improvement against Louisville (excepting ZZ turnovers). Everyone on this board knows the real polls are the computers.... Vols #9 on the KP, #6 on Torvik. We have a WP less than 50% twice per KP. 5 times per Torvik. |
