Too early to say Barnes should ask for pointers? The Lady Vols have 64 point midway through the 3rd quarter. But I'm just sort of following it on the Vol radio stream, not watching. |

78-42 Lady Vols, nailing a three at the 3rd quarter buzzer. With one more quarter to play, the LV's are on pace for 104.
This style of basketball is fun, but we'll see how it works in SEC play. It's clearly a style for a well-conditioned team, and the rapid big substitutions to keep fresh players in the game is good. Whether we have a deep enough roster for that to work against the better teams we'll play is the question right now. But I think CKC will upgrade the talent.

101-53 Lady Vols, as the CKC era begins. Good for her and the LVs. Not saying she has a powerhouse, but that's the way Pat's teams - and most powerhouse women's programs - put away teams outside the top 25 or so. |
