Knecht was different because he’s a volume scorer , Barnes has brought in plenty of guys who had good 3 pt FG % at lower levels. This guy is probably an ONK 2.0 but less physical. I’d say Lanier and Dubar are the 2 big gets in terms of impacting scoring Don’t forget Tyson, who I hope isn’t scared off if Dubar commits. I don't think Dubar is the concern with Tyson, but UNC is. Charlotte is not the SEC, I get it, but what I'm seeing is a guy that has good offensive skills and length/size. I don't know what kind of defender he is, but I'll take that. And it's not like Charlotte is a joke. He has faced some competition like he'd see in the SEC.

I saw a fair amount of this guy, living in Charlotte as I do. He is a natural 3-level scorer, equally good at catch-and-shoot, pullups off the dribble, and even posting up. He is a good rebounder and willing defender. The Vols could do MUCH worse in terms of a stretch-4, or even at the 5 in a pinch. He is both tougher than Aidoo and more skilled than Awaka.

That sounds like a combination we could use.

Yeah, we could use someone with those attributes.
